Veggie Flatbread Pizza
Flavorful flatbread with a basil-garlic sauce, loaded with veggies and topped with two cheeses. Lunch, dinner, appetizer-it does it all.

    • 1 light Italian flatbread(such as Flatout)
    • 1/4cup marinara or pizza sauce
    • 1/4teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2teaspoon dried basil
    • 8-10 baby spinach leaves
    • 1cup low fat mozzarella cheese
    • 2 red pepper rings
    • 2 green pepper rings
    • 4slices sliced portobello mushrooms
    • 2tablespoons sliced black olives
    • 2tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 6-8 grape tomatoes, halved
    1. Preheat oven to 375°. Bake flatbread for 5 minutes.
    2. Mix together marinara or pizza sauce with dried basil and garlic powder. Spread on baked flatbread.
    3. Top with baby spinach, cheese, peppers, mushrooms, and olives.
    4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and veggies are softened.
    5. Top with Parmesan cheese and grape tomatoes.
