Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl (or directly in the pan) stir pie filling, cranberries, and apple pie spice to combine. Spread in pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over filling. Sprinkle on pecans. Drizzle with melted butter. DO NOT STIR.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 1-2 hours before serving to let the crust set.
