Slow Cooker Smothered Pork Chops
These delectable pork chops are smothered in an easy mushroom gravy and cooked to fall-off-the-bone perfection in your slow cooker!

  • 1tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 1/2teaspoon pepper
  • 4 pork chops(about 2 pounds)
  • 1medium onion; chopped
  • 8ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1can cream of mushroom soup(undiluted)
  • 1packet pork gravy mix
  • 1/2cup milk
  • 1teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Cook pork chops for 3-5 minutes on each side or until browned.
  2. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Lay chops in bottom. Sprinkle with onions and mushrooms.
  3. Whisk together undiluted mushroom soup, gravy mix, milk, and rosemary until well combined; pour over top of pork chops.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until fork tender. Serve with hot buttered noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
