This mouth-watering, 2-ingredient salsa chicken slow cooks in a bath of your favorite homemade or store-bought salsa in only 4 hours.
boneless skinless chicken breast
(about 2 pounds)
Restaurant-Style Chipotle Salsa
(or your favorite jarred salsa)
Lay chicken in in bottom of slow cooker. Pour salsa over chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours (or high for 6-8)
Remove lid, shred chicken and stir together with salsa.
Leftovers freeze extremely well.
