Cheesy Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sliders
Fun little sliders stuffed with sausage, egg, and double cheese. Drizzled with a buttery topping. Make ahead for a quick and easy breakfast.

    Ingredients
    • 1package King’s Hawaiian rolls
    • 6slices colby jack cheese
    • 1pound (16 ounces) breakfast sausage
    • 8large eggs
    • 6slices swiss cheese
    • 4tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1teaspoon dried parsley
    • 1teaspoon onion powder
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
    2. Remove rolls from packaging, do not pull apart. With a large, sharp knife slice the rolls in half horizontally. Set aside the top portion and carefully place bottom portion in baking dish.
    3. Layer bottom half of rolls with 6-8 slices of colby jack cheese cheese. Set aside.
    4. In large skillet over medium high heat, brown sausage until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. In a large bowl, scramble eggs. Add to sausage and cook until just set, about 5 minutes. Spoon mixture over cheese covered rolls.
    5. Top with 6-8 slices of swiss cheese. Carefully cover with top half of rolls. Stir together melted butter, parsley, and onion powder. Pour over top. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

    7. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight. The next day, remove plastic wrap and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and sausage egg filling is hot.
    Recipe Notes

    Wrap leftovers in paper towel and in freeze in freezer bags. Reheat in microwave.
