Restaurant-Style Chipotle Salsa
Restaurant-style salsa flavored with lime, cilantro, and a serious kick of chipotle. A spicy, party-sized batch just in time for Cinco de Mayo.

(diced tomatoes with green chiles)
chipotle peppers packed in adobo
(28 ounce) can
Place Rotel, cilantro, onion, garlic, and peppers in food processor. Pulse 10-15 times until desired consistency. Transfer to large mixing bowl.
Place diced tomatoes, cumin, salt, and lime juice in food processor. Pulse 2-5 times. Add to Rotel mixture.
Refrigerate 30 minutes-1 hour before serving.
All of the ingredients (except the canned tomatoes) can be adjusted to suit your own personal taste.
