Red Velvet Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies
These festive crinkle cookies start with a red velvet cake mix! So pretty on your dessert buffet and in holiday gift baskets!

Ingredients
  • 1(15.25 ounce) box red velvet cake mix(such as Betty Crocker Supermoist)
  • 1/3cup vegetable oil
  • 2large eggs
  • 1teaspoon pure vanilla
  • 1/2cup powdered sugar, sifted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line cookie sheets with parchment.
  2. Stir together cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla until dough forms. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Using a small cookie scoop, drop dough into bowl containing powdered sugar. Remove with hands and roll into ball. Place on prepared cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until set. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. Store tightly covered.
