Quick and Easy Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Pumpkin pie for breakfast! In about 5 minutes you can have all of the flavors of pumpkin pie in a warm, healthy bowl of oats.

    Ingredients
    • 1 1/2cups skim or 2% milk
    • 1cup quick oats
    • 1/2cup canned pumpkin
    • 3tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1tablespoon butter
    • 1teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    • 1/8teaspoon salt
    Instructions
    1. Bring milk to a simmer. Stir in oats and pumpkin; simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar, butter, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Top with optional toppings.
    Recipe Notes

    Optional toppings: chopped pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.

    When reheating, add milk or water to desired consistency.
