No-Bake Lemon Meringue Tartlets
You can’t even believe how easy these adorable little 4-ingredient lemon tartlets are to make! You can whip up a batch of these 2-bite lovelies in minutes!

    • 2(1.9 ounce) packages filo shells, thawed
    • 1(21 ounce) can lemon pie filling
    • 1teaspoon Wilton meringue powder
    • 1/3cup cold water
    • 2tablespoons granulated sugar
    1. Fill thawed filo shells with lemon pie filling.
    2. In a large bowl, combine meringue powder, water, and sugar. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes. Gently scrape down bowl, beat 5 more minutes until meringue is stiff.
    3. Pipe or spoon meringue on to tartlets. CAREFULLY brown meringue with kitchen torch.
