No-Bake Lemon Meringue Tartlets
You can’t even believe how easy these adorable little 4-ingredient lemon tartlets are to make! You can whip up a batch of these 2-bite lovelies in minutes!
(1.9 ounce) packages
filo shells, thawed
(21 ounce) can
lemon pie filling
Wilton meringue powder
Fill thawed filo shells with lemon pie filling.
In a large bowl, combine meringue powder, water, and sugar. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes. Gently scrape down bowl, beat 5 more minutes until meringue is stiff.
Pipe or spoon meringue on to tartlets. CAREFULLY brown meringue with kitchen torch.
