Guinness Extra Stout Beer Bread
Instead of the usual Irish soda bread try this bold extra stout beer bread with your corned beef and cabbage this year. Made with Guinness Extra Stout. Quick, easy, and only 3 ingredients!

    Ingredients
    • 3cups self-rising flour
    • 3tablespoons granulated sugar
    • 1(12 ounce) bottle Guinness Extra Stout (room temperature)
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
    2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix flour and sugar until well combined. Pour in Guinness. Stir gently to combine. Batter wil be lumpy.
    3. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the top comes back clean or with a few moist crumbs.
    4. Cool in pan 5 minutes, turn out onto cooling rack. Let cool before slicing.
