    Ingredients
    • 1large onion, sliced
    • 14 pound(ish) corned beef(flat cut is best)
    • 2(12 ounce) bottles Guinness Stout(such as Guinnes Extra Stout)
    • water
    Instructions
    1. Place liner, if using, in slow cooker. Place onion slices in bottom. Lay corned beef on top.
    2. Pour in Guinness stout. Add enough water to just cover. Sprinkle in spice packet.
    3. Cook on high heat for 7-8 hours.
    4. Remove and discard fat cap before serving.
