salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat; whisk in flour. Cook for 3 minutes to cook out raw flour taste. Slowly whisk in turkey broth then remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
