Baileys Irish Cream Brownies
Baileys Irish Cream is in the brownies AND in the frosting. Topped off with a drizzle of Irish Whiskey Chocolate Sauce. These decadent brownies are adults only!

    Ingredients
    Brownies
    • 1 brownie mix
    • 1/4cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
    • Eggs and oil need for brownie mix
    Irish Whiskey Chocolate Sauce
    • 1/2cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2cup heavy whipping cream
    • 2tablespoons Irish whiskey(such as Jameson)
    Irish Cream Frosting
    • 1/2cup (1 stick) softened unsalted butter*
    • 3 1/2cups confectioners sugar
    • 1/4cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
    • 2teaspoons pure vanilla
    Instructions
    Brownies
    1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
    2. Prepare the brownie mix according to directions on the box EXCEPT replace the water with Baileys Irish Cream. Bake as directed. Cool completely.
    Irish Whiskey Chocolate Sauce
    1. Place cream and chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave on high power for 30 seconds, stir and heat additional 30 seconds.
    2. Add Irish whiskey and stir until smooth. Set aside to cool and thicken.
    Irish Cream Frosting
    1. Beat butter on low for 30 seconds. Add confectioners sugar, Baileys, and vanilla.
    2. Beat on low until sugar is incorporated, about 1 minute. Increase speed to medium until light and fluffy, about 1 minute more.
    3. Spread over completly cooled brownies.
    4. Drizzle with Irish Whiskey Chocolate Sauce. Serve with extra sauce.
    5. Store covered.
    Recipe Notes

    Make ahead tip: make brownies day before; frost and drizzle next day.

    Leftover sauce is AWESOME on ice cream or in coffee.
