7cupsGranny Smith applespeeled, cored, and sliced (about 6 medium)
1/2cupdried cranberries (such as Crasins)
1(17.5 ounce) canlarge cinnamon rolls, quartered)(such as Grands)
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 2-quart round casserole with cooking spray. Line a sheet pan with foil. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and apple pie spice. Add apples, cranberries, and water; stir to combine.
Spoon mixture into prepared casserole, place on sheet pan. Cover with foil and bake 50 minutes or until apples are beginning to soften.
Spread cinnamon roll pieces on top of apples. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are golden brown. Cool 30 minutes, drizzle icing over the top.
Substitute raisins for the cranberries or just leave them out if you like.
