Apple Cranberry Cinnamon Roll Cobbler
Tart, juicy apples and plump cranberries topped with cinnamon rolls and icing. Apple pie, cinnamon rolls, and cobbler all in one!

Ingredients
  • 2tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1/2cup brown sugar
  • 1teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 7cups Granny Smith applespeeled, cored, and sliced (about 6 medium)
  • 1/2cup dried cranberries (such as Crasins)
  • 1/4cup water
  • 1(17.5 ounce) can large cinnamon rolls, quartered)(such as Grands)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 2-quart round casserole with cooking spray. Line a sheet pan with foil. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and apple pie spice. Add apples, cranberries, and water; stir to combine.
  2. Spoon mixture into prepared casserole, place on sheet pan. Cover with foil and bake 50 minutes or until apples are beginning to soften.
  3. Spread cinnamon roll pieces on top of apples. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are golden brown. Cool 30 minutes, drizzle icing over the top.
Recipe Notes

Substitute raisins for the cranberries or just leave them out if you like.
