Almond Joy Macaroons, all of the flavors of an Almond Joy (flaky coconut, crunchy toasted almonds, chocolate) in a simple-to-make, 5 ingredient bite. Perfect for a holiday buffet or goody basket.

    Ingredients
    • 1/2cup slivered almonds
    • 1 package (14 ounce) Flaked coconut
    • 1can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/3cup mini chocolate chips
    • 2teaspoons pure vanilla
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350°.
    2. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast almonds, stirring often, until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
    3. Mix together toasted almonds, coconut, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
    4. Drop by cookie scoop-fulls on to parchment lined cookie sheets.
    5. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
    6. Cool completely. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
