Peach crisp with all the fresh juicy peaches! Cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, oats, and a sprinkle of pecans make up the crispy, crumbly topping!
Try it with nectarines, plums, and/or apricots.

Peaches have got to be my very favorite fruit.
I know a lot of people like berries, but I wait all year for peach season.
And now…peach crisp!
Although I love peach pie, I love the no-fuss topping of a crisp.
Not to mention it’s super yummy. With a scoop of ice cream maybe?
Anyway…I’m using fresh peaches (you can read about an easy way to peel them here) but you can absolutely use frozen ones that have been thawed.
Start by mixing up the filling.
In a large bowl combine the peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. I like the peaches to have some tartness, if you like yours sweeter, add another tablespoon or two of sugar.
Spoon the mixture into your prepared baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray.
In another large bowl mix together the topping ingredients until they’re crumbly. I find that a fork works best. Just get in there and mash and stir and mix.
Sprinkle it evenly over the peaches.
Bake your peach crisp for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is brown around the edges and the peaches are tender.
Just look how yummy!!
I like mine right out of the oven or warmed in the microwave with a scoop of ice cream on top!
