Who doesn’t love a fresh, warm biscuit right out of the oven?
And they’re so easy to make! They start with good old Bisquick.
The thing I like most about these cheesy wonders (besides that they taste amazing) is that that they don’t need to be rolled and cut because they’re drop biscuits.
And the fact that they go together in about 5 minutes or less. Add around 10 minutes bake time and you’ve got oven fresh biscuits in just about 15 minutes!
I like these little guys with soups and stews, but they’re also yummy split in half with a slice of ham or turkey in the middle for a quick little slider.
Next, in a large mixing bowl, stir together the baking mix, cheese, and milk.
Try not to over mix it, though, or your biscuits will be heavy.
Scoop out 9 biscuits. I use my trusty old #24 cupcake scoop to drop the biscuits on to the sheet pan.
Bake your biscuits 8-10 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
While biscuits are baking, stir together the butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
As soon as the biscuits come out of the oven, brush them with the butter mixture.
Serve your Cheese Garlic Biscuits right away while they’re still warm.
Feeding a crowd? Just double all of the ingredients.
