All of these recipes are deceptively delicious. They use easy to find ingredients and use simple techniques.
It doesn’t matter what your skill level is, you can make these yummy treats. Some of them have 5 ingredients or less.
So clockwise from the top left we have…
Two times the peanut butter! A crazy-simple 3 ingredient cookie made with peanut butter cookie dough rolled in sugar topped with a peanut butter cup.
With Christmas only days way, these are the perfect last-minute treat. If you can roll cookie dough into a ball, toss it in sugar, and put a peanut butter cup on top, you can make these. And they’re easy enough that the little ones can help.
I make these just for my daughter. She eats the cookie around the peanut butter cup first. I think that’s the proper way to eat them.
Almond Joy Macaroons, all of the flavors of an Almond Joy (flaky coconut, crunchy toasted almonds, chocolate) in a simple-to-make, 5 ingredient bite.
Mix ’em up, scoop ’em out, bake ’em up. Super easy. Sweet and nutty, just like me.
Another 3 ingredient goodie. Chewy dried cherries and crunchy almonds in a sea of smooth white chocolate. Quick, easy, three ingredients. As delicious as they are pretty. Stir cherries and almonds into creamy melted white chocolate and scoop into some pretty mini muffin papers.
Milk chocolate and marshmallows make this no fail fudge super creamy and super easy. No candy thermometer needed and no complicated cooking techniques. And it makes a big batch so you’ll have plenty to give and plenty to eat.
Crazy-easy and only 4 ingredients. Sugar cookie dough baked in mini muffin tins with a Rolo pressed in the center. Then press a pecan half into the Rolo and drizzle with some creamy chocolate to make them look pretty. And taste AMAZING.
Special K Bars are easy, no-bake cookie bars made with chocolate, peanut butter, and butterscotch. Oh, and Special K cereal. These are my hubby’s favorite holiday treat. His mom used to make them for him and if you click over to the recipe, you can see her original hand-written recipe card.
Chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, and pecans on a graham cracker crust are some of the seven layers that make up these ooey gooey bars. Oh, and peanut butter! My mother-in-law made these for my son every year because he absolutely loves them. Now I make them for him. They aren’t quite as good as the ones Grandma used to make, but I don’t think he’ll have any trouble taking care of them.
Chewy in the center, crispy on the edges; these cookies are loaded with creamy white chocolate chips and crunchy macadamia nuts with just a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg.
There you have it; seven easy holiday treats, 4 with 5 ingredients or less. All cookie exchange or gift giving worthy.
